$400 MILLION in CASH Airlifted to IRAN as RANSOM MONEY

$400 MILLION was only the FIRST INSTALLMENT

TOTAL FIRST INSTALLMENT BILL TO IRAN = $1.7 BILLION
(this was only a partial payment)

President Obama hands over the cash to Iran as Secretary of State John Kerry makes the deals.
